Summary

The ERP Business Analyst (BA) works collaboratively with the business users and the extended IT solution delivery team and is responsible for executing the activities associated with the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. The BA must analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for our operations, finance and sales teams in integrating various business operations into one platform. Primary activities include the analysis, design, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, enabled by NetSuite functionality and related integrated applications, as well as other business application opportunities.  The BA will engage a variety of stakeholders to understand their business needs and help identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, aligning with the long-term business strategy.

 

Essential Functions

Continuous Improvement

  1. Promotes the use of business processes using standard NetSuite functionality

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree combined with at least 7+ year’s relevant business experience

Summary

Provide all facets of customer service for various electronic devices while using multiple systems (phone, CRM, help desk software, etc.) in accordance with work experience and skill set. Assist CCG and e-Commerce Management in achieving all customer advocacy and company promotional & revenue objectives.

Reporting to the Director of the Drive Smarter Platform, the Application Architect will oversee the new development lifecycle of existing and future products. This includes reviewing product requirements, designing product architecture, and managing daily product development efforts. Essential Functions

Individual tasks will vary depending on the type of technical support provided:

  1. Provide and document technical vision and lead for the whole breadth of Applications Architecture and ensure solutions are evaluated; recommendations are made that are supportive of the overall vision of Application Architecture, and are scalable
