Job Description – ERP Business Analyst

Summary

The ERP Business Analyst (BA) works collaboratively with the business users and the extended IT solution delivery team and is responsible for executing the activities associated with the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. The BA must analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for our operations, finance and sales teams in integrating various business operations into one platform. Primary activities include the analysis, design, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, enabled by NetSuite functionality and related integrated applications, as well as other business application opportunities.  The BA will engage a variety of stakeholders to understand their business needs and help identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, aligning with the long-term business strategy.

 

Essential Functions

Continuous Improvement

  1. Promotes the use of business processes using standard NetSuite functionality
  2. Identifies and logs business improvement opportunities in consultation with the Business community
  3. Participates in business process improvement and change sessions in support of process improvement initiatives
  4. Facilitates and/or participates in process simulations and walk-throughs
  5. Ensures appropriate documentation for all activities pertaining to process improvement and change management
  6. Facilities the daily EDI management of data flow between NetSuite and external partners

Business Process Design and Activity Scripting

  1. Performs unit and integration testing as well as develops related documentation
  2. Works closely with business units to keep abreast of the larger business initiatives
  3. Provide support to change agents on all process improvement; change management activities and documentation resulting from process improvement initiatives

Product Support and Training

  1. Provide on-going assistance and training to business application users
  2. Evaluate support needs and assist in the creation of user training materials

Process & Systems Integrity

  1. Ensures process and systems integrity requirements are addressed
  2. Participates in development of security roles profiles for processes within the area
  3. Participates in security administration of Users and Roles, supporting internal job controls
  4. Maintain System and Quality Documentation

 

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree combined with at least 7+ year’s relevant business experience
  2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the NetSuite technical analyst role
  3. A minimum 5 years of experience with EDI customer and vendor support
  4. A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations, preferably NetSuite
  5. Knowledge of business processes, continuous improvement practices, methodologies and tools
  6. Knowledge of NetSuite implementation methodology best practices
  7. Broad understanding of the NetSuite ERP modules and key functionality, ERP, WMS, QM, PBCS
  8. SuiteScript development and general configuration knowledge preferred
  9. Proven experience collaborating with and integrating with 3rd parties, plug-ins and APIs
  10. Working knowledge of cGMP, SOX 404 and FDA CFR Part 11 Compliance
  11. Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills

    Summary

    The Android Developer’s primary responsibility is the development and maintenance of Cedar’s Android apps.

      Senior Embedded Software Engineer - Cincinnati, OH

      Summary

      The Senior Embedded Software Engineer primary role is to evaluate camera hardware and software for camera and vision products.  This includes SoCs, sensors, and software, such as vision libraries.  In addition, the Senior Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for developing embedded system hardware and software for other Cedar product categories such as radar detectors and CB radios.

        Customer Service Expert - Cincinnati, OH

        Summary

        Provide all facets of customer service for various electronic devices while using multiple systems (phone, CRM, help desk software, etc.) in accordance with work experience and skill set. Assist CCG and e-Commerce Management in achieving all customer advocacy and company promotional & revenue objectives.

        DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

          Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) - Remote

          Summary

          Cedar is seeking a hands-on, ROI-driven Email Marketing Specialist to work closely with our Head of Marketing to own the planning, execution, QA, and optimization of the following using the Klaviyo email platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
          • Email calendar scheduling and maintenance
          • Creation of weekly email promotions and education campaigns and product launch and other ad hoc emails
          • Post-purchase onboarding/cross-sell/upsell and other automated flows
          • A/B testing planning, execution, and reporting
          The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for all email marketing strategy and execution with Klaviyo, including planning/scheduling, building campaigns and flows, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting.

          The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopify and Klaviyo and expertise in B2C email marketing to measure and improve email-generated revenue. They will have shown measurable success in content testing and optimization to find ways to increase revenue.

          In addition, the ideal candidate has superior attention-to-detail and project management skills and is effective at planning and managing multiple simultaneous campaigns and stakeholders.

          Roles and Responsibilities
          – Plan, build, send, and report on weekly promotional emails, product education campaigns throughout the year, and seasonal shopping campaigns
          – Create and execute A/B testing projects to increase opens, clicks, and conversions
          – Improve product category-specific flows for new customer onboarding and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
          – Be responsible for proper QA of all emails to ensure compliance with coding, design, and content best practices
